Shipping/ Delivery policy

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across India. For heavy & fragile products like – Electricals & Electronics (including home, kitchen & Personal care appliances), switches, Fans, Lighting & Fixtures, wires & Cables, Electrical switchgear, PVC Conduit Pipes, Motors & Pumps, Tools, Solar Products, cables, Panel & Electrical accessories.

How is shipping and delivery done?

We have tied up with premium courier partners for delivery across INDIA and other countries.

Since these materials we supply require heavy lifting by our team of trained manpower, we would need support at the delivery address in terms of access to elevators, staircases, etc. For shipments delivered by us, we do not bear any responsibility for failure to deliver at the delivery address due to factors like non-availability of approach paths, restrictions on timing, entry of delivery van/delivery personnel, prohibition of usage of staircase/elevators, etc. For these factors, if the delivery is canceled, then the customer would have to bear re-delivery charges as actual.

How about taxes or any additional levies/Forms?

Our Prices are inclusive of central sales tax/ GST however during billing same will be bifurcated as basic and taxes as applicable for different locations however any specified octroi /entry tax forms if required same have to be provided by the customer. 

How will you come to know about dispatch and delivery status?

When your goods are ready to be shipped, you will get SMS & email notification informing you about the estimated delivery time. If you have any special delivery requirements, please mention this at the time of placing an order.  Yahanamilega.in does not make any guarantee in terms of meeting them but we would try our best to factor those in planning our delivery.

What is the shipping cost?

Our shipping costs are as below:

  1. Shipping charges are subject to size and weight it may vary as per product category.
  2. We charge nominal shipping fees based on the geographic location.

How can I check the delivery status of my order?

When your order is dispatched, you shall receive an email and SMS with the dispatch details.

For deliveries handled by us, you can directly speak to our delivery executive, whose number will be shared with you in the SMS.

For deliveries handled through the courier companies, you may go to the links provided in the emails to track the courier status by entering your courier AWB nos.

In how long will the product be delivered?

We strive to deliver the products within 2-3 business days in metro cities and within 5 to 7 business days rest of India For the calculation of 5 to 7 business days, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. If for some reason there is a delay due to stock-out at the manufacturer’s end, we will intimate the same to you through call/SMS/email.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

In case your order is not shipped within the above stipulated time, please write to [email protected] within 7 days of non-delivery and we shall be glad to assist you.

What if there is no one at the delivery address when the order arrives?

We would require someone to be present at the time of delivery. This would be intimated to you before dispatch. If no one is present at the time of delivery, then goods will be returned and a re-delivery charge of as actual would be imposed Or Our customer service executive will contact you to fix an alternate delivery schedule.  

In cases where the delivery is being handled by our courier partners, the courier will leave a note requesting a call back at a given number, where you should intimate your exact time of availability for delivery.

What if the package is opened or looks to be tampered with upon delivery?

Please do not accept the package and contact us so that we assist you with further instructions. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

NOTE:-

Major of our products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Certain locations where our courier/shipping partner cannot offer delivery are exempted and will not accept orders from such town/city area

Yahanamilega.in uses third-party logistic services for shipping & handling products, therefore Yahanamilega.in is not, in any way legally responsible for the delay or damage in/during the delivery or the misbehavior or misconduct of the courier person/branch during the process. We however still follow our returns/refund policy in case such events occur. Yahanamilega in all cases gives priority to customer satisfaction & such events, if any, should be reported to us so that our team can resolve matters or take action against such behavior on any such occasion.

COD is not offered for all locations. 

We can deliver international orders after certain legal clarification however payments have to be made in advance our logistic partners can manage delivery in many countries outside India.
